Welcome to my entrepreneur blog.
I believe that working for oneself is the way to go and I’m currently unemployed based on this believe. This is the perfect time for me to to take risks: I’m young and I don’t have kids nor house/car payments to worry about.
Before going back to work - making money for other people - I might as well try and make some for myself first. It’s a Win-Win situation: whether I make money and I don’t have to work (for others) or I don’t make money but I learn lots of ways of not making money.
The only possibility of failure is not learning in the process.
“Enough with the motives you freakin’ egomaniac we wanna to know how you intend to do it.”
Humm… ok.
The plan is to take advantage of the Internet to make money. Whether by advertisement revenues or by selling services online.
I could also become a profissional blogger but that doesn’t work for me. The blogosphere is getting crowded and since I’m not a guru of any sort getting big would be hard. Ah… and providing fresh content to keep the users flowing to your blog is HARD work.
So, with blogging out of the scene, I’m going to focus on the things I do know and know how to do:
- programming;
- social interactions;
- webdesign;
- some spoken languages;
- constant will to learn new stuff.
In the short term, I intend to combine all of the above into the creation of webapps with the following features:
- small - yet useful;
- innovative;
- appealing enough to get you to tell your friends about them;
- multilingue - you can even tell your foreign friends about them;
- low maintenance needs;
I’m going to focus on the kind of webapps that scratch my itches, scratch them good and them move on to the next webapp.
Enough chatting, time for doing.
